Chicche di minestra are suitable to be cooked in many ways: it is possible to cook them directly in broth or in a first course condiment (taking care that the condiment is slightly diluted because the dried egg pasta absorbs more sauce) as well as a classic pasta, in abundant boiling and salted water, taking care to stir after the first minute to keep the shape intact.
