Buckwheat flour obtained from coarse grinding of whole grains in order to offer a 360° sensorial experience, in the mouth you can perceive the three-dimensionality of every single grain. Boil pasta in abundant water (2 L. per 100 g of pasta), salted when boiling. Do not mix the pasta in the first minute of cooking to preserve the length of the product. Cook over a high heat for the time indicated on the package, drain the pasta and sauté in the pan and season to taste.
